Employees can learn and advance their knowledge and skills through a variety of learning modalities, including the HCR ManorCare University. The university is a state-of-the-art learning management system that enables 24/7 delivery, tracking, reporting and administration of learning content. Since launching the learning management system, over 11 million online courses, tests, materials and curricula have been completed by employees in over 50 subject areas. Employees in our skilled nursing facilities completed over one million courses annually. The HCR ManorCare University supports our employee in providing high-quality patient and resident care, while continuing to develop their skills, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and stay abreast of the latest technologies and standards of care
