Best Short-Term Rehabilitation or Best Long-Term Care 2019 – 2020

We are proud of our Sixty-Six centers that were identified as one of the best centers for short-term rehab or long-term care in the country!

This year, 66 of our Heartland and ManorCare skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers were named “Best Short-Term Rehabilitation or Best Long-Term Care 2019 – 2020” by U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in health care rankings. U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 homes nationwide, in every state and nearly 100 major metropolitan areas. Additionally, 42 of our centers have earned this award for the second year in a row.

This year, U.S. News introduced a new rating focused on long-term care. The Long-Term Care Rating aims to provide prospective residents who need help with daily activities, and their families, with analysis and information regarding the quality of care provided by nursing homes.
